NIGHT ROUTINE

After doing my morning routine I thought it is only logical to do my night routine haha!
So here goes....
My night routine is different to my pamper evening which I do on Sundays to prepare me for the rest of the week, so I will do another blog post about what I do then another time:)
I wash my hair 4 to 5 times a week depending if it needs washing on the Saturday. When I do wash it I wash it at night before I go to sleep using my John Frieda sheer blonde everlasting blonde shampoo and conditioner which I will write a review on another time.
1: So firstly I remove my makeup using the Simple Kind To Skin cleansing facial wipes. I know that a lot of beauty gurus say that you should only use wipes when you're out and about but I don't think I'll stick to using anything else, these wipes are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. They have such a cooling refreshing feeling every time I use them and they are perfect for people with sensitive skin and they remove all my makeup even waterproof mascara. They're basically just gold okay! ;)
2: Secondly I will wash my face in the sink using either my Neutrogena visible clear blackhead eliminating scrub or my Neutrogena visibly clear pore and shine daily scrub. They are both amazing and I have very sensitive skin and they do not irritate my skin at all which is a miracle quite frankly! The pore and shine one smells like lime and oranges and feels so pleasant and lovely when using it.
3: Next I will dry my face using just a basic flannel and do a bit of manual exfoliation with that as well just to help my skin a bit more.
4: When my face is completely dry I will use my Simple facial toner with a cotton ball in upwards motions to prevent wrinkles. I've recently started to use this toner again and it is the only toner I've ever used and I really like it. I use my flannel to wave around my face to help it dry and it has an amazing cooling sensation which helps stop irritation and just generally feels really nice!
5: So when all that's sunk in I apply a pea sized amount of my Simple Night cream to my face in circular motions. I would completely recommend all Simple products, to be honest I don't even know what I would do without them!
6: So after my face is all lovely and clean I will go and brush my teeth using my White Glo stain toothpaste (I have an image of it in my morning routine blog post). After that I will floss my teeth using these toothpick floss things (I will have and image below) from Superdrug. Then I will finish off my teeth by using my Colgate mouthwash.
7: To finish off I will put Vaseline on my lips AND a decent amount of it on my eyelashes to help them grow (google it hehe!) and if  needed I will apply my tea tree which hazel spot cream which is a boots own brand.
8: Oh and for my body I will use my Jergens ultra healing body moisturiser on my legs and arms.
Thanks for reading! xx<3

MY TIPS ON HOW TO RELIEVE HEAT RASH

Gosh last night was hot wasn't it!
When I get heat rash I usually get it worse on my upper thighs and arms. It looks like massive blotches that are incredibly itchy and annoying! Also i get very bad eczema on my back which plays up in the heat as well:(
But thankfully something good has come out of all that scratching and shuffling last night, it inspired me to make a blog post about how I deal with it!
So first of all I am no expert but these are just what I would recommend to anyone to do.
1: DO NOT SCRATCH IT! Now I'm sure if you suffer from regular skin rashes then you know not to itch it because all it does it make it worse! Listen you may feel relief from itching it but it will not make it go away, and if you just leave it alone it will leave no marks or scabs from bleeding whereas if you did itch it you could leave very sore scratch marks and even scar your skin! Convince yourself not to itch it, I try my hardest not to, I distract myself by doing something else e.g- if you cant get to sleep at night because of how itchy it is maybe read a book? It wont hurt your eyes like watching TV and it may help you drift off.
Now I know that when it's at night and I'm half awake I unconsciously scratch my skin and then wake up with horrible marks that I hadn't even realised I'd done. By using a steroid ointment such as betnovate (you can get it off your doctor) it can help speed up the healing process of the damaged skin.
These next steps are mainly for daytime heat rashes because I know that I cant be bothered to do it all at night haha!
2: When I feel a heat rash coming on I straight away take an allergy tablet, I either have piriton which you can by from literally any drug store, pharmacy or big supermarket or a cetirizine hydrochloride tablet which my doctor prescribed to me for my eczema. I know scary name right? But it's all fine! If you don't feel that any of these tablets help you then you can skip this step or talk to your doctor about stronger tablets. The reason why I take one is because I'm not completely sure what starts up my heat rash (obviously the heat!) but it could be symptoms of hay fever or an animal allergy and by taking an allergy tablet it will just prevent anything else worse from happening.
3: Heat rash is incredibly uncomfortable and these are little things you can do to relieve the itch.
- I'm sure there are many products you can by to help you, but who has time for that now a days?! When you're in pain and you need relief you need a quick and easy thing to help you! Like I said above you can use betnovate which is amazing but even though it is a clear ointment it is very shiny and messy and would rub off on your clothes. In the past I have used simple derma intensive relief cream (you can buy it in superdrug and boots). Now I was abit sceptical about using it because I do have very sensitive skin and the last thing I wanted was something making it worse but trust me this shiz it great! It doesn't sting when you apply it and it helps alot with the itch.
- Heat rash makes me even more hotter because it has a burning sensation and to get a cool sensation what do you do? Rub ice on it. And if you have no ice then stand in the bath or shower and use the shower head to rince your body, wherever the heat rash is, in cold water to stop the burning.
-I've read somewhere that the blotches are caused by clogged pores, but nothing like spots or blackheads so DO NOT ATTEMP TO POP! They are clogged up with sweat that cannot be realeased. So, if your up for it, go for a jog in shorts and a t-shirt until you sweat and it will help.
-This one is quite a quirky one but i'd say it helps a little! If you have a cold setting on your hairdryer why not plug it in and use it to blow all over you body? This is also an easier way than the shower one but gives similar relief.
-Last but not least, wear loose and comfy clothes. The more fabric that rubs on your skin the more it's going to irritate the heat rash. At night wear shorts and a t-shirt (not joggers or a onesie! because then you're just asking for it;))! Or why not completely naked if it's that hot!
Thanks for reading and if you have any questions then feel free to ask and share your own advice as well! :)xx<3

MORNING ROUTINE FOR SCHOOL

Ive wanted to do a video on my morning routine but right now I think I'll stick to writing it on my blog:)
1: The first thing I do when I wake up is go downstairs and get some breakfast. I usually have brown toast and cereal (they change all the time but right now I have honey shreddies mm mm!)
2: When I've finished my breakfast I brush out my hair and put it in a bun and clip back my fringe.
3: I put my hair in a shower cap and go into the shower...
In the shower I use Neutrogena visibly clear blackhead eliminating face scrub, I use this daily and I love it!

Next in the shower I use Nivea sensitive balance shower gel with a loofah and wash all over my body.

4: After I rince my self off I get out of the shower and wrap up in a towl.
5: I dry my face using a flannel and apply a pea sized amount of simple replenishing rich moisturiser all over my face and vaseline on my lips to relieve discomfort.

6: The next thing I do is brush and rince my teeth using white glo toothpaste and colgate whitening mouthwash.

7: Next I apply my deodrant, currently I'm using Right Guard extreme invisible

This is basically everything apart from my daily make-up routine which I will blog about another time.
Thanks:)xx<3

Eczema story and tips on how to cope with it! PART 1

Since the day I was born I have had very severe eczema and as I've got older I've experienced how much it can effect my life it many different ways like confidence issues and just dealing with it on a daily basis.
Because I know how hard it can be having a skin condition, that is considered minor compared to others, I really want to help other people that also suffer from eczema.
Most babies are born with eczema but usually grow out of it like my brother for example. I never grew out of it and to this day still have it, but it is nowhere near as bad as it has been.
Like I said I've had it all my life but it only really started getting to me when I started secondary school and it got a whole lot worse. I think it got worse because of the stress of starting a new school and meeting new people.
My skin was literally terrible, on my face my skin would be so dry it would peel off and weep under my eyes and I would have to use tissues to wipe it away. I remember that one day at school I just looked in the mirror and I felt physically sick with what I saw that I pretended that I was sick and went home and just cried to my mum telling her how bad it is and that was when I really needed to do something about it. Don't get me wrong it wasn't like I wasn't using anything for it, I've tried many creams like E45 but none have worked.
Obviously the first thing people saw was my face so I did get a few nasty comments made like 'spotty' or 'scabby' and lots of people would say 'what's wrong with your face!' But now I think back at that and realise how horrible those people were and now I get compliments on how nice my skin has got from people that saw me go through that stage in my life.
So after that I went to a dermatologist and they finally prescribed me with ointments that actually worked. I got aload of things I needed to use, Betnovate, Hydrocortisone , anti - histomin tablets and this horrible lardy stuff that I cant remember the name of but it didnt help anyway!
Hydrocortisone was literally the best thing thats ever happend in the history of me haha! If you have eczema SERIOUSLY ask you doctor to prescribe you that shizz it helps sosososososososo muchh! When I woke up the next day after putting it on, my skin was so much better straight away that I went to school withough any make-up on at all! And that was the first time I used it!
I will write a part 2 later on, thanks for reading:) <3xx
One of my big goals in life would to be a fashion designer and own my own shop. Ever since I was little I have always loved clothes and have been fascinated in how they are made.
Lately one of my favourite secret hoobies is fashion sketching, clothes, models and jewellry. I used to be really rubbish at drawing but after watching many tuturials of how to draw clothes specifically on youtube I have learnt a few easy techniques that have helped me massivly!
I have created a folder where I keep all my drawings (you never know when you might need them!)

These are my first ever drawings and I have to say iam proud. They were so easy as well because you dont have to get the face or body perfect but they still look good and they show the clothes nicely. Obviously i'm no pro at this, at the moment it's simply just a hoobie.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BNfDAKOj7-E - This is the video that taught me how to draw these.
TIPS:
1: Watch tutorials! (unless you're a drawing pro, then skip this step! ;) ) It's really easy just type in on youtube 'How to draw fashion sketches' or something along those lines and you will find a whole load of videos to help you.
2: Inpiration. I found inspiration by looking on clothes websites such as newlook.com and riverisland.com. This is a great way to help you decide what clothes you want to draw after you've found out how to draw the model. I wouldnt recomend topshop.com because they display their shoes on an angle making them more complicated to draw.
3: PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT! Yes it's very cliche but it's true!

Getting my hair cut cost less than I was previously told so using the money I was going to spend I treated myself to some John Frieda hair goodies!
I've washed my hair twice since getting it dyed and have not yet used the conditioning treatment.
I'll do a review after more washes:)<3xx

After convincing my mum to let me, and after I saved up the money, on Saturday I finally Ombre'd my hair! Woo go me!
It was a very interesting experience for me because I have never got my hair dyed in a hairdressers before and in fact I havent gone to the hairdressers all together for nearly 2 years because I wanted to grow out my hair. But I finally decided to get something completely different than what I've had before and jump on the band wagon and go for ombre. I also got my hair cut too, around 6/7 centremeters off roughly and my hair was as long as it's ever been before that, so this was a big thing haha! The whole process took around 2 and a half hours and most of that was just waiting around. I was alone when I went but I coped pretty well!
The dye they used was just a bleach mixture to lighten the hair and if I wanted to get a toner at the end to lighten it even more I could have, but I opted out for that because I was just getting too tired and adgitated and the thought of having to do it all again just made me shiver:S. The end result of the colour was good but I do admit It was very sort of gingery when compared to lighter blondes and it did have a very harsh line even though the hairdresser I had tried to minimise that as much as possible.
Very rough picture x
